WE KNOW THAT MOST OF THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO MEANS OF SUBSISTENCE, NOWHERE TO LIVE, AND CANNOT EVEN BUY FOOD, MEDICINE OR BASIC NECESSITIES. THERE ARE ALSO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN FORCED TO LEAVE THEIR HOMES IN ONLY THEIR HOME CLOTHES, WITH NO MONEY OR DOCUMENTS AT ALL
We specifically created the Foundation with the goal of continuously and systematically helping people in need in a transparent manner, for which we collect charitable donations
The Fund provides targeted and targeted assistance to refugees and others who have suffered from military conflicts and have found themselves in difficult living conditions. Assistance is provided in the following forms:
Any citizen of Ukraine who meets the criteria of the Program may apply for assistance.
The possibility of providing charitable assistance is considered by the Board of the Fund on a case-by-case basis.
Assistance is provided at the discretion of the Foundation.
If you, your child or parents are in trouble and decide to seek help from the Fund, we will do everything we can to help you. But we also need your attention and help.

An application from a person in need of assistance or their representative can be considered only after the application with the above documents has been submitted to the Foundation's official address for appeals help@hfc-fund.org.
The format for the proper transmission of documents is extremely important.
Appeals come in very large numbers, and in order not to complicate and delay the administrator's work, it is necessary to upload documents to the archive and give them names, such as ganna-petrenko.zip.
Image quality is also an important part of document review. All documents should be highlighted in color and saved in high quality.
A Fund representative will contact anyone who has submitted an application. If this does not happen within ten days of application, please call us at the Fund's phone numbers or on WhatsApp.
Support can be provided on the basis of a decision of the Fund Board.
The Foundation staff will carefully review all documents and circumstances submitted by the applicant, after which the application will be submitted to the Board.
As a result of reviewing the submitted documents and checking the circumstances specified in the application, the Board of the Fund makes a decision on the possibility of providing assistance, the period, form and amount of assistance, or refusal to provide assistance.
Assistance is provided by the Foundation if funds are available. If the funds are insufficient, the Fund provides assistance in the order of priority, in accordance with the decisions made by the Board.

письмової згоди суб’єкта.
У разі надання отримувачем допомоги такої згоди,
Фонд оприлюднить цю інформацію в звітах про використання зібраних коштів.
