THE ASSISTANCE FOR REFUGEES AND VICTIMS
The Fund's Charity Program is a set of charitable activities aimed at solving the objectives in the areas that meet the statutory goals of the Fund.
The Fund's charitable programs are developed and implemented within the limits of the Statute of the Charitable Foundation and approved by the Board of Directors of the Fund.
When the Fund implements the charitable programs, the use of funds is carried out in accordance with the goals specified in these programs.
All the funds collected during the implementation of the charity program will be used by the Foundation solely for the activities related to the implementation of this program, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine. Information about expenditures of funds will be published on the Foundation's website on a monthly basis, or upon completion of the implementation of the particular charity program.
All voluntary charitable donations collected by the Foundation will be used by the Foundation for the purposes, objectives, areas and types of statutory activities of the Foundation, in accordance with the Treaty and the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations, In case the payment document specifies a certain program of the Foundation - use the funds in accordance with the purpose of the donation.
In any case, all collected funds will be spent exclusively on the Foundation's activities aimed at providing charitable assistance to the civilian population, as stipulated in the Statute and the Foundation's Programs.

The duration of the Program is 12 months from the beginning of fundraising; if necessary, the Fund Board may decide to extend the duration of the Program
At that time, more than 15 million Ukrainians left their homes, becoming the most destitute people - refugees. But many Ukrainians are still at home. They are all in terrible trouble and danger.
Who are these people... They are women, children, men, the elderly, the disabled, the sick.
Most of these people have no means of livelihood, they have nowhere to live, they can't even buy food, medicine and basic necessities. Among them there are also those who were forced to leave their homes only in their home clothes, without any money or documents at all
The history of the Foundation and the reason for creating this FIRST charity program is the painful realization of the need to help these people in need
As part of this program, the Fund provides targeted and targeted assistance to refugees and others who have suffered from military conflicts and have found themselves in difficult living conditions. Assistance is provided in the following forms:
Any citizen of Ukraine who meets the criteria of the Program can apply for assistance
