We created HFC FUND specifically to collect and donate to civilians affected by military conflict: refugees, the elderly, the disabled, the seriously and non-violently ill, children, and any other persons in difficult circumstances, including those who have been forced to leave their homes and even travel abroad
We provide the help people need in the fields of activity of the Foundation. Members of our team, our partners and volunteers organize collection of charitable donations in many countries, the Foundation cooperates with state and non-state organizations in order to satisfy the needs of as many people as possible

More than 16 million Ukrainians were forced to leave their homes, becoming the most deprived people - refugees.
Who are these people... Women, children, men, people of poor age, people with disabilities, the sick.
Most of these people do not have any means of subsistence, do not have a place to live, and cannot buy food, medicine or basic necessities.
Among them there are those who left their homes in mere domestic clothing, without money or documents at all.
Millions of disadvantaged Ukrainians are in need of help right now...

As a result of the military conflict in Ukraine, a large number of hospitals and other medical facilities have been damaged or actually destroyed.
The civilian population in many settlements is unable to receive basic medical care.
Knowing the need to rebuild medical facilities and renovate Ukraine's medical sector as a whole, we have established a charitable health care program...
